Wireless home security systems can make all the difference when it comes to burglary.
In fact, just a few days ago, a home alarm helped police catch an alleged burglar in the act in Pacific County, WA.
"When they arrived at the scene, the deputies saw that the front door appeared to have been forced open - a deadbolt was missing, and the door-jamb was damaged. They also noticed movement inside the house," reports The Chinook Observer.
As they approached the residence, the deputies saw the trespasser leave the home and attempt to flee. Shortly after, the officers found and arrested the suspect, who was hiding in the shrubbery.
