More than 8.4 million U.S. adults sleepwalk annually—and nearly one third of adults have done so at least once in their life. This new information is a striking difference from the previously estimated 2% of the population sleepwalking. The biggest trouble here is that sleepwalking can be hazardous to your health and safety. Some sleepwalkers are even unconsciously violent, posing a risk to the loved ones in your dwelling.
