Spring is FINALLY here and I could not be more thrilled! I am not a cold weather fan at all, so at the first break of warm weather, I take my workouts outside! Here are some of my favorite spring workout ideas:
Since I spend a lot of time outside, often by myself, I must admit I am a little nervous of being alone. As a single mom with four young kids, I just cannot afford to risk anything bad happening to me.
